A couple of pre bedtime natural beauty tips!

Apologies I have been a bit quiet recently! I absolutely promise you that more reviews are on their way, in the mean time I hope you enjoy some shorter, less rambly posts! See below for two handy tips on natural beauty 🙂 

Do you get puffy eyes? Simply propping your pillow up and sitting for 15 minutes before you get up in the morning could help reduce this. Nothing more natural than gravity, right?!

It may seem obvious, but do your best to look for fragrance free products. Although a perfume/parfum/aroma/fragrance may be listed as one ingredient on a list, it could potentially contain hundreds! Natural ingredients smell great (for the most part!) so we shouldn’t need them anyway 🙂
